I pride myself on quality workmanship, however, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within three working days of receiving your order and I’ll resolve the matter with you.

If you wish to return an artwork or product because you’ve changed your mind, I’ll offer you a refund, less the freight costs. Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving the order and the artwork/s or product/s must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and re-saleable. I ask that you cover the cost of sending your item/s back to me.

If the product you purchased is faulty or of unacceptable quality, I’ll gladly accept your return and either refund in full, or resupply you with a product in perfect condition, subject to availability. Please contact me first, as I may be able to arrange another suitable resolution. Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving the order.

I take extra care with my packing to ensure that your order arrives safe and in good condition. However, the ownership and risk of damage to your purchase is transferred to you upon delivery to the specified address. Thanks for your understanding.

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so through the website. Or, you can contact me by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply outline what you ordered, the time of order and the reason for cancellation. If you contact me after the order has shipped, you’ll be liable for returns and won’t receive a postage refund.
